minimum pressure on tire needed

Hello,

I've got to ship my defender on a traintransport, but there's a height limit of 2M10.
I've got several equipment on the roof so I just can't get under 2M10.

so I was thinking that I can lower the tyre pressure (265/75/R16 BFG All terrain) so I can enter the traintransport.

But i cannot find what's the minimum pressure I needed so I lower the car but can still ride without popping the tyre from the rim.

I've driven mine with 10psi in them, so i know that is ok in mine, but I am on BFG km2's. What tyres are you running?

thx for the answer , 10 PSI .. that's lower than i thought, you run 31 PSI standaard ?
How much did the car lower ten ?

Tires are Bf goodrich All terrain 265/75/R16 BFG for a defender 110 DCPU

Yes I run 32 as standard all round. Don't know how much it lowered it, I was doing for traction, not height, so payed no attention to that. The tyres don't deform at all until under 18psi.

You could also use 4 big ratchet straps to pull suspension down
It's only temporary and it'll stop it rocking so much in container

can you still ride with the ratchet on ? It just from the parking lot into the train.
just connect the top of the spring with the lowerbottom of the spring ?

If so that's maybe a solution for parking my car in cityparkings...
