Heard a lot about the turbo hose on the puma, a while back mine was replaced under warranty as it was being damaged by a belt I think? (As they do?)
Will this just keep happening and is there something I should do about it as a precaution/prevention? Don't want to have to replace in the future. Don't even know which one it is but maybe someone has a nice picture with a big red arrow haha! Cheers, David Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8. |

I wouldn't even know which pipe it is I'm afraid! Can it be explained/pointed to? Cheers, David

Would like to. As some here know very well, , they were offered until not so long ago by Entreq, but now have disappeared from their website altogether. I have sent a PM here to Entreq (Red Desert) on Dec 29 inquiring about these pipes, but even if I noted that Red Desert posted on here about the new coming version of Entreq 110 splash guards that very same day or the day before, my PM is still in my Outbox, so unread. I would like to replace these rubber standard turbo hoses by SS as soon as my truck comes out of its extended warranty later this year. Somebody here mentioned once that Bell tuning produce a similar SS turbo pipe set for the Puma 2.4, but all I can find on his site is a silicone pipe set. Eric You never actually own a Defender. hi
On 3rd hose , with no answer from the dealer .Had one go rubbing on steering rack and 2 on front pulley . The pipe expands under load ,seems very soft .The dealer has put latest fix on but went again the next day .I will update when they get back . Cabled up out of the way by land rover ass. |

In the absence of any forum sponsors coming forward with the offer of stainless pipes you could give Darton Fabrications a call to see if they have anything 'in the pipeline' for later model Defenders.

Just noticed this post while having a browse.
I'm sure we have the 2.4 hard pipe kits in stock, as pictured above. Give us a call on 01472 812900. |
