Hi all
While routing the GPS cable under the front passenger seat in the landy, I found this metal part under the carpets. Anyone know what it is/does, and whether I should be worried or not? Sorry Naks.................. I've no idea what it is does look like it's had a bashing. Can't think of anything internal where that could have come from. Original Member Pie n Pea Club.

Really looks like a valve seat out of a gate valve, but why that would be in the car I don't know, does it split by levering just under that top rim with a sharp screwdriver Original Member Pie n Pea Club.

Not sure, haven't tried. Most likely explanation is that someone working on the car left it there by mistake. Maybe even from the factory |

Never seen that before. Why would it be under the carpet? Was it just loose?
Maybe something fell off the production line One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS + New Defender 110 First Edition |

Clutch release bearing, perhaps?
Intresting if it is as it should be in the bell housing and not under the carpets Joe NB: the truck would not be going if the release bearing is not in place!! JLS 'El Pepe Flamenco' |
