Being a good samaritan is mainly down to be a good judge of character these days. I have driven on from various "incidents" over the years after making sure all parties are safe and secure as opposed to setting myself up for a fall. Don't get me wrong if somone is in need of help then I will give it willingly but I won't be taken for a fool.

cleaned the 90, and discovered the passenger door frame has fractured next to the button, which explains why it hasn't been locking properly...
Anyone found a good source of galvanised door frames? Mark S CONVOY for HEROES www.facebook.com/convoy4heroes www.lothian4x4response.org ------ Td5 90 Thread in 'My Defender' Forum |

Drove across to "Norridge" to specifically look at a 2009 SVX soft top @ £21K...
Trouble started when I quickly realised I didn't fit as my left knee fouled the dash permission to say :cock: I'm sure I could hear my TD5 giggling... TT "Ease your worries, Clear-up your woes, Go into your garage & put stuff into rows." |

spent this morning fitting my heavy duty galvanised rear bumperettes which were a pain and then fitted 3/4 of the Gwyn Lewis front mud flap and spray plate kit. Really nicely made and look like they'll actually keep the sides clean, but also a bit fiddly!
Off to go and treat all the cuts and scuffs on my hands now where it claimed my blood Defender puma dormobile camper |

As the storms seemed to have cleared and I had some lovely sun and blue sky I thought I would crack on with fitting new front discs as the old ones were down to minimum 12mm. I had a set of proline drilled and slotted discs sitting in the shed ready so I cracked on. Half way through the second disc it went black and the gky unleasehed a full on downpour on me so I had to finish off the job getting cold and wet
Should be all worth it when I drive it tomorrow though. |

Nothing! Has been raining all day!
I had planned to install my new C-tek charger and make some other electrickery modifications, but as I have to work outside it will have to wait until the weather is better.
