Sorry mate didn't see your other reply before posting makes sense now if they have been holding your vehicle for 2 months! Sounds like a very good reputable dealer that one.

Yeah Dan,
Once all over and done with I will b e advertising EVERYWHERE. Not fun owning a vehicle for 4 months and only drove it about 500 miles- if that (which included 3 breakdowns). Unfortunately any niceness is well and truly gone. After 3 months of problems and calling me in on 5 separate occasions (54 mile round trip) with 'The work is done' only to turn up and find nothing done they did offer me a refund minus what they felt was 'acceptable depreciation' and they got to keep the remaining 9 months road tax ![]() Glyn ![]() ![]() |

Yes it should, no doubt about it, no excuse.
It isn't a recovery vehicle by any legal definition and cannot be treated as such. |
