They look like Performance TX-1 wheels made in Aus
Website here http://performancewheels.com.au/Home/Wheel...mp;Cat=4WD I recall they have a French importer who may sell to UK but I cant imagine they'd be cheap. 2023 110 P400e |

Hi to all,
New to the site and have just trawled all ten pages of this thread to try and find an answer to my wheel / tyre combo dilemma. I have just purchased some 8x16 Mach 5's with an ET10 offset to replace the standard Boost alloys on my 2008 90 hard top. Having had a few conversations about which way to jump regarding the tyres, I am almost settled on some Cooper Discoverer S/T Maxx's. The issue is...........what size???? The recommended fit to these wheels is 265/75/16 and I am told these will happily fit to the 90 without any modifications required. I have also been told this would also be the case with the 285's. (my preferred size for pure aesthetic reasons!!!) So, off I confidently go to to order the tyres and my local dealer takes a sharp intake of breath and says the 285's won't fit. (under the arch, may stick out and may be fouled by the bump stops etc etc) It seems a fair number of posters have fitted 285/75's without the need for any modifications but no one has married them up to a Mach five wheel with an ET10 offset. Help!!!! Does anyone have the definitive answer? (I know I could make this easy by going with the 265's.....) Martyn Click image to enlarge |

285s are only 20mm wider than265s so I don't think you'll have a problem

I need some help! Will BFG All terrain 285/65/16 fit on my OEM LR SVX wheels? I seem to have conflicting advice? Some say that there is no need to adjust anything on the steering system or rear arches? The 285's seems to be what Twisted fit...? Any help would be appreciated...

I wouldn't fit that size on a 7" wide rim you could fit 265 75 16 but you may need to adjust the lock stops so they don't rub on full lock 2004 TD5 Defender 90 xs station wagon |
