That's OK.. with his name, location and picture of him, i'm sure it won't be long before he befriends some lads who make it difficult for him to bend his knees in future. Wink

Reading through that, appears he was a passenger in a van that was involved in a RTC that killed the 2 occupants of the other car. He was arrested along with the driver, for which the driver was convicted of causing their death and is serving his sentence.

It's a shame these people get to are able to breath the same air as the rest of us.

Glad he has been caught and sentenced just a shame it's so leanient, not really a deterrent is it? How many has he done before and will he be put off from doing it again........

We have this same rubbish "leniency" in Aus. CBO's we call 'em...Community Based Orders. Instead of jail, offenders have to do so many hours "community work", which is invariably not enforced....it is no deterrant, ya read about repeat offenders in the paper, who've had heaps of priors & these CBOs...it's all rubbish.
Then ya've got the "do-gooders" who'll say, aahh, he had a tough upbringinging, he was under the inflence of drugs, but he's got a partner now, he's looking at a new life, etc etc etc......until the next time.
Cheers, Pickles.
