Glad he has been caught and sentenced just a shame it's so leanient, not really a deterrent is it? How many has he done before and will he be put off from doing it again........ _______________________________

One wonders if the Defender in his facebook profile is his or a nicked one.

Well he's just going to think it just as a badge of honour. As his fb profile is open it wouldn't be such a shame for a club/group page to circulate his profile around the community. There is enough shrieking and wailing about personal information being exposed on a public website, well if people don't want their personal details out in the open then it is up to them not to expose themselves.
I had a quick trawl as he has a picture of the 90 which has the stolen parts from the OP's LR and theres some comment on there from a probable family member giving voice to him returning money he has stolen from his parents. So if you didn't think him scum allready perhaps that will sway you, it's all there in the public domain. |

Whilst the closure is good and a conviction is seen as a result. Just remember he's only been done for possession. What we really need is people caught in the act. He probably is guilty but don't forget there are often people caught out buying stolen ringed second hand cars and sure there's plenty of land rovers running about with stolen second hand parts brought off places like eBay doesn't make that person a thief! 2001 TD5 110 County Station Wagon - sold
