i have a series 2 or 2a chassis for sale.it has been used but is usable although it would require a small ammount of welding/tlc.

Think we're looking at different photos, I'm seeing a 88" chassis needing a little tidying.
Worth the money, but I'm clearing out not buying at moment so not for me I'm afraid. Good luck with sale though! |

point accepted.it is indeed slightly buried but hasnt been there long and is worth repairing.it has a couple of dodgy patches but otherwise not bad.
not everybody wants or can afford a brand new chassis and if this can help someone out all well and good. it will soon be put under cover anyway |

...... and if it's worth repairing as you say - it will look a whole lot different after shotblasting, new steel welded onto it, a decent prep/paint job including keeping the tin worm at bay and maybe someone extends the life of their S2.
At least there is a refreshing honesty about your sales pictures - no fancy stage setting and gilding the lily. |
