Had the same issue,
its in fact the drum of the handbrake that isn't perfectly round. When heating up, it starts to rattle. Indeed it stops when you apply just a tiny bit of hand break |

It's back since this morning. Haven't heard it for a couple of days but apparently it did not sort itself.
Iow it'll need a closer look. |

Could it be brake pad rattle? It's pretty common on the back

As something slightly different I also had a low speed rattle, from the front, could only hear while coasting and window down. Got slightly worse when turning at low speed.
Steering damper slightly loose. |

I had this, found to be the handbrake. I stripped it down and found a shoe was sticking and catching the drum which is slightly out of round. Lubed all the moving bits and it has never done it since !

This has happened on all 4 company Pumas. Very common. Anyone know a quick fix? |

You can get anti rattle clips for the front and the back but fronts are ridiculously expensive for what you get.
