Cheers Martin It's true that while i have actually been a sponsor this site for many years now, as i also am on pretty much all Martins sites, i have not posted very much about BBS and our Defender applicable products here, and yes there has indeed always been a long term 10% discount available to established members on this forum as detailed in this document http://www.blackbox-solutions.com/download...ender2.pdf Quite frankly i do not feel a need to commercially promote our products here, but perhaps now might be a good a time as any to at least bring members up to date on the new Nanocom Evolution we produce and the current situation. Quite simply, since we rescued this product a couple of years and took over, we have invested huge amounts of money, time and effort in re working the hardware into now being something really very desirable and de bugging the software, the Evolution has since become ever more and more recognised as the best equipment there is for the cost and as such it is already in very high demand with used units being hard to find and fetching almost the same price as new systems. It is not VIN Locked, can be expanded to other models etc and we are currently working at expanding it's coverage. Beyond full capability diagnostic abilities on all ECU's, as well as TD5 flashing for performance remaps as well as standard, It also has quite a lot of additional features like a very cool Instrument mode and the Coolant temperature monitoring function that austinhealey55 is just one of many to be most appreciative of And while it is a stand alone tool, it does also have an SD card slot that allows the saving of all information to it that can then be accessed with a PC etc. here are a couple of links to videos on You tube that some owners have posted up. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mapFGlNlfJE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0K2h2-0Q65U ATB Colin |
