Bulkhead grommet size and Part number please
Hello to all,
I hope someone on here can help me again.
Underneath the heater box there is a large grommet (or should be on my Td5)
Does anyone know the part number or size? Would guess around 50mm
I tried to load a picture on here to help but was unable.
Many thanks,
Mick

Yes a 50mm blind gromit will fit Thumbs Up My local dealer was as much use as a chocolate tea pot "I'll have to order you a bag full" Customer service at its best Rolling with laughter Could not find one at several local motar factors so bougt a bag of 5 of the bay for £2 Whistle I still have the others. Its the option you get if you don't have air con- they just leave a hole Rolling Eyes

That's answered my thoughts as well, and like you could also do with sealing up the hole. 1999 Defender TD5 110

Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated Mr. Green

Rolling with laughter I'm doing mine slightly different as the dynamat on the seat box is going on the inside and just across the top so I get a double benefit to stop road noise Mr. Green

Hello to all,
I contacted a chap on LRO ask an expert and he found the part number for the grommet in passenger footwell.
It is 345140 I ordered it from Rimmers and is now fitted.
