I put a top shelf into the Utility. It sat at the same height as the gutter went from the back of the second row seats to about 3" from the back of the vehicle. Great for light stuff it seemed to have a tardis ability to take whatever you could shove up there

I am fitting the Mantec load guard and shelf. It may do the job.

Andrew you seem to have a lot of inner roof storeage ideas, i take it you don't use that area for anything normally then?

Well the 130 is going to have a built in Car Puter that will be located in an area on the underside of the rear of the roof.

Thanks for the suggestions all... I should've added that I'm looking for something that is solid, rather than a grate.
We used to have a Jeep with a thing that rolled out and hooked on to the back gate, to hide your loot. It was fabric though, kind of like a blind, and you couldn't put anything on it. |

I like that last one...
guard just above the seat backs, and that shelf looks like it has a seat belt fastening, allowing it to drop down i presume.. is it custom fabricated or available through retailer? al. |

The Boab ones are OK, but can easily be made for a lot less, I think the one in my old 90 cost about £10 2002 Defender 110 DC
