No issues yet but only done 4,500 miles. I think like others, I would just like to know when the engine is doing it's regen thing so I can take it for a long drive and get the process finished asap.

Almost 12000 miles and no sign of the regen light. I have no idea whether it is doing its thing or not!

The DPFs are meant to be good for 70,000 miles, but I wouldn't worry. They're fitted to transit engines which means that someone somewhere will be working on a cheapo pattern part for them they do need replacing.
