"Done" the Pyrenees many a time,, great place, well worth the trip
Your plan so far will work,, drive down and ferry back,, Not much below Andorra,, and better on the Spanish side Worth buying one of the many road books that are available,, for what they cost Have all the info from previous trips on the works computer with links etc,, will post some when next in the office ! The drive down is an easy drive as the roads are so good, and the miles just disappear. I would advise getting cruise control for it as then you can relax a bit more, and remain within the legal limit. The only two problems I can think of are tolls on the motorways, which are pain to keep stopping and costly, and the other problem is the roads can be very boring, as there are massive areas with no interest, but this will be better for you as you'll be in convoy and I would use cb's between the vehicles.
Have you looked into ferry costs to Spain? I think it is very exspensive, and for me too costly especially a one way journey Andy |

I'm off on the drive from Calais to Irun (Spanish Atlantic side) today for a 10 day trip to the med side. The Roverdrive & cruise control will be getting lots of use hopefully
