Ok all ordered, hopefully be up and running again by the weekend. I am taking the opportunity to overhaul the crank within the wiper motor box as well...

Thumbs Up

Oh Yes I went genuine on everything that I could get apart from the wiper blades and arms which are not LR but pattern.

Well done that man Thumbs Up

There are a few differences between yours and the later TD5 setup so will take some photos as well and add them to your write up.

The parts I am reliably informed WILL be here today... Has anyone else seen the forecast for this weekend? I am thinking just in the nick of time... Shocked

Saturday fine I think and Sunday wet.. But being in Wales....it could be anything....snow, rain, hail, sun(maybe) Smile

Interested to see the changes between models.

Good luck 1999 Defender TD5 110

the later setup is a bit different but still not too bad to do. The metal strengthening bar/plate is a bit of a pain but with extra stripping or a bit of brute force, everything goes in Mr. Green
