I bought my parts from Alive as they seemed to be one of the cheapest and fitted the intercooler and hoses and K&N air filter myself, then took it to JE Engineering for the re-map. It now gives me roughly 165hp with 320lbs of torque, more than enough for the day to day stuff and off roading!

Hi,
My td5 has now covered 130k miles, I would like a stage 1 re map but I'm worried about shortening its life. Has anyone on here suffered any problems after having a remap? I'm especially interested in hearing from anyone who has, and thinks the remap did them no favours. cheers |

Just had mine done by Chris at CSK whilst at Peterborough Show. Made the return journey very pleasant, and considerably shorter!
all the way home. from me. |

I am innthe same boat, although I did find my fuel economy dropped dramtically when I was so,ewhat off on the French mororway on the way back. Massive queues all the result of the toll booths!!! But the Landie does sit quote happily at a very agreeable speed |
