TD5 central locking
Hi all i have a mate that has a problem with the central looking on his TD5 90.
And was wondering if any of you had a link to the diagrams.
As it would be nice to have half an idea what i was looking at before i started

Had a quick look on ebay for a disc but they only seem to go part way through production and as i have a late TD5 as well then it would be nice to have something that covered everything

Heres hoping one of you can help

Thanks Chris

Hi it seem that it works on the key most of the time and occasional it functions on the button as well.

At a guess im thinking it may be a broken wire in the hinge point of the door but not to sure.

That's a very commn failure point and the inetrmittent nature of the problem is consistent with it (can affect electric windows too, for obvious reasons). It's certainly the first place I'd look. Darren

Yeah I'd check the a post wires, but for the price you might as well change the fob batteries to rule that out aswell
