Beautiful scenery and a stable camera platform Thumbs Up

Can you remotely view footage whilst it is flying?

with the new gopro firmware and android/iphone app, you can view the footage as you are filming Very Happy

The new update is fantastic. It's the one thing that was missing from the GoPro. The ability to be able to watch the footage back on a mobile device is brilliant. I shoot in 1080 60fps, even copying the videos off, mobile devices struggle.

Very clever how the app handles the footage to playback.

I've never had any battery issues, but the firmware does seem to make the battery last even longer. Craig Rogers

Need to check that out - is it just for the new version 3 cameras or can it be used with earlier versions?

Thanks.

I hoping that this:

"•Supports GoPro, Canon®, Nikon® and other constant frame rate H.264 mp4 and .mov formats"

means it will work with my earlier version camera.

Looks great. I'm interested in seeing how this compares to iMovie. The 'remove fisheye' option looks good.
