Ah Ken my good man, this is good. Then the wheels would need to be 8" if I have understood this correctly? Which imediately discounts the ZU option and also the Blindo's. This leaves modulars or wolf rims or Mach 5's but they are so common and cheap lookingFishing for doggies

Becoming experienced a little myself over the last couple of weeks! Cibit - You're a bu993r I did momentarily grit my teeth with your last post but unfortunately your worm is but a measly specimin that looks like it's about to drop off! ![]() ![]() ![]() Cibit if Ken says they're over eighty quid each he's ripping you off! ![]() ![]() Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Cibit, I am in my own dilema on tyres too
![]() ![]() My 110 is due end March. It will come with a set of boosts but dont like them too much so I am going to modulars, so you are not the only one out there thinking of them ![]() I am baffled on some facts and I know there are loads of posts, but unable to find the answers. I am thinking 265 or 285 but do I need for either of the sizes? 1/Require spacers? 2/Need suspension lift? Any advise welcome guys ![]() ![]() ![]() TACK |

Cheers Fekete
![]() ![]() But if no lift or spacers needed for 265 or 285 then great, choice made ![]() As the boost will be brand spanking new, not to sure what they will be worth in the second hand market, might try and trade them in with the supplier of the new wheels if thats a done thing ![]() |

Ken, If I could get them anywhere near that price I'd buy 'em all up myself and go into the tyre game and clean up! Normally I deal with Micheldever they are one of the regional wholesalers down here and their prices can be hard to beat! ![]() Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Now that is a nice looking landy....had the same set up on mine with no issues as well on standard springs.
If you have seen my new wheels on my recent thread, i got my inspiration from AlexE who had them on his 110DC in black....sorry Alex ive blatantly stolen your pic. ![]() Alex was running on 285s ![]() |

So, if, say.... someone was going to put 285/75's onto their original Boosts, what size spacers would be recommended, do we think, if any? Seems to be conflicting thoughts on here

Should fit without may need to adjust the steering stops or put 30mm spacers on
