If you have troubles with your right elbow, drive a LHD landy

one of those things that makes us love the landy.
you actually get used to it...but if you can't...I drive a LHD and I find that if I lean to the right, resting on the cubby box left hand on the wheel all cool looking and put my wallet with all the receipts of the dealer under my left bum cheek, it is quite comfy. ( hope you all got a mental picture..that is what I was shooting for) Oh, also, it makes you look even cooler if you wear some shades... ![]() IN the hunt for another Puma for the wifey! 2008 Kia Sorento LX 😁 2.5crdi |

I learned to drive on a LHD in the US, and drove LHD cars for years, so I've got a tendency to lean a bit to the left (against the door) - which works out well in my RHD 110 'cos I lean towards the cubby box.
However every now and then I forget how tight the space is. This AM, during some fast wheel-turning I bashed my finger into the door window. The lack of space is a thing that you get used to, and I rather like it... in a masochistic sort of way. ![]() |

It's certainly a unique driving style and one you eventually get use to

Goes with the territory, I'm afraid.
If you were to offset the seat, you'd end up out of line with the pedals. They can't be moved so I'm afraid you have to get used to it (I don't even notice it now). One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS + New Defender 110 First Edition |

It all makes sense when you're off road, stops you getting chucked about, I like a nice tight fit.

Also means that you're right on the line of the wheels so easy to lean out and check your placement. One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS + New Defender 110 First Edition |
