My favorite mod is my s3 headlight bezels and the most useful is my nato tow hook. Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.

Wind in the steering lock stops. Made a huge difference on my 110. Kicking myself I didn't do it eighteen months sooner. Jon - 110 td5 [sold]. Currently Defenderless.

zone30, since yours is a still recent truck, and if you care to keep it for the longer, get it Dinitrolled first. It has already been said here that you can do it yourself, but if you want to outsource it to a real specialist, here is my recommendation for a first class garage not far away from you. Obviously that will cost you a bit more than 250£...
http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic13479....trol+volvo As to the next mod under 250£, replace all screws, nuts and bolts all around by SS of the likes of Nakatanega, Stig Fasteners, other...... Your truck will thank you for it years from now when no rust will appear You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

I still have to tick that box myself. Turning circle of the 130 is complete madness. |

Does this work on puma defenders? What does it involve? Is it worth it? Cheers, David Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8. |

Yes, 1/2 hour with (preferably 2) jacks and a spanner, and yes. It shouldn't need doing since the stops should be correctly set, but I've never yet met one set right on PDI. |

If you want the increase the range of your remote key, just hold it against your head while using it.
Must be the cheapest mod ever |

Without doubt the best Mod and one that cost nothing but 15 mins of getting dirty was taking out the steering stops. Completely transforms the low speed drivability.
Now at least, I don't have to do 10-Point turns to park it |
