very easy to do should take no more than 15 minutes, remove engine cover, remove the bolts around the rocker cover leaving pipe attached on top remove old gasket, fit new gasket (suggest wipe gasket with a little oil to soften slightly) put rocker cover back on and do up bolts making sure rubber gromets are in correctly hand tight is ok and refit engine cover job done

I refitted my (old) seal with some silicone type gasket stuff (the proper red stuff for making gaskets) and it's not leaked yet

I always fit a new rocker gasket, not too dear and its better than having oil down the back of the engine. Also you can get replacement o rings rather than replacing the whole injector loom.

I changed the injector harness, cam cover gasket and both camseals last weekend. I just went for PR2 Allmakes stuff, harness was never changed it was stamped 2005! Running a bit better now and the leaks seem to have stopped but I need a new MAF, its been an expensive month! Tdci 110 DC
