In general terms, the chassis (excluding engine specific mounts), body (apart from the bulkhead, bonnet and rear seat mounts), most of the electrics and suspension are the same as late TD5 models.
Axles, gearbox (except transfer box), engine, dashboard and seats are obviously different. There are probably other detail differences but given Land Rovers' policy of not changing anything unless they really have to, there are a lot less than a lot of people seem to think. Definitely the diffs, anyway. I suspect that a lot of the ends, inc. brakes, are the same. Darren

I don't think there's any difference in the diffs between late Td5 and Puma until the advent of the 4-pinion Rover pattern diff on later Pumas. Even then removal and refitting is the same.
