We recently changed the MAF sensor in my Td5 before a trip to the south west this month.... deffo seems to have fixed a low power / low fuel economy problem.
We had thought the MAF may have an intermittent problem but by checking it on the Nanocom we came to the conclusion it was pretty much doing naff all... So changed it for a new one and hey presto, no huge change, but back to how it was when it was running well before... Toyed with the idea of a remap many times but decided to leave it for now as much driving much better and would rather have piece of mind that it is all relatively standard for 4 months in Oz, but rather have the money in my pocket to spend on something else..
