In that case i would fit a comfort connect socket somewhere convenient, rather than changing all the tow wiring!

Currently mine's behind the passenger seat: ![]() Click image to enlarge I extended the connector to connec to the "spare" connector on the +ve side battery connector. For the -ve, I extended a cable onto the chassis earth. There's a spare grommit (on mine anyway) at the outer, rear upper edge of the battery box to thread the cable through without drilling. I now have a extra 12v fused connector, so I can connect the charger, but also use as a 12v outlet for accessories. SGH's is nice tho: Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |
