If you wait I'll post you some pictures, but basically you need to do one side at a time both holes need a sike in and press the tabs towards the centre, hold that side out then repeat on the other side Original Member Pie n Pea Club.

Right I've been out and taken my stereo out

Get two samll screwdrivers and bend the ends

Insert then this far

Lever towards the centre and pull one side out a bit hold this with your third arm repeat on the other side

This is the hole

Don't forget to swap the rubber locator and try the radio before you push it home

A friend of mine with an 04 Td5 90, his stereo (wasn't the CD player, just the tuner & tape) looked like it was held in, in a similar fashion, but they were 4 small allen keys.

I had to scratch my head for a while when he came over asking me to whip his stereo out (he bought a decent CD player), i tried the "yeah, it's easy, just stick 2 small screwdrivers in like this......." and faffed about for 5 minutes looking stupid Whistle

got my small allen keys, and they "unwound" and the stereo came out.

it was a proper branded LR one too.
