Well folks. Here is a thread detailing my 110, and the various bits and pieces I have changed/broken/improved/destroyed/created/bolted on/cut off throughout my ownership. I'll try to do it chronologically, but can't promise it will be perfect. To be continued...

The one that started it all.
Click image to enlarge 1988 19J Land Rover 90 (before they called them 'Defender' ) Bought from a local dairy farm when they shut down, it took me 18 months to do it up nicely. Years of cow- and an aversion to cleaning had preserved the chassis remarkably well, with only two small patches required, and the bottom of the battery box. To this day, it has only 78000 miles, the first 54k of which were done always below 40mph. (Mainly due to a horrific mixture of cross ply and radial tyres!) |
