My step-mother was a traffic warden, not a good job, but better than just walking the streets.

Does anyone know it that's legal?
Technically the valid ticket is on display!!! but I think I'd heard a case before where the driver was prosecuted, perhaps that was just here in Scotland? DRW I built a garage for my Mini With a place for everything and everthing in its place. Ten years down the line there's a Mini in there somewhere, and all's where it should be!!!! Ho hum |

This alone would gain you a PCN. below link although for Hammersmith and Fulham is taken from the national PCN Protocol guidelines etc with observation times and requirements for PCN's to be issued. Also good if you want to appeal as this is what they have to follow.
As for this, well this would be a code 06 - Failing to clearly display a valid ticket (so yes you get one for not displaying it clearly even though you have paid for one. You would have to prove that it was clear and unobstructed. Note that the CEO should record details of all visible tickets hahaha) http://www.lbhf.gov.uk/Images/ParkingEnforcementProtocolV2060209_tcm21-113259.pdf TY&GN 10 years in a WOLF, WIMIK and Snatch and this is all I have to show! |
