To be fair everything else is right. Its just an xs with the no cost heavy duty wheel option, which doesn't have anti roll bars. I'm going to wrangle something out of them. Not tempted to reject the vehicle as the rest of it is mint with a good standard of workmanship compared to some I've seen. |

I am probably wrong. But I have a feeling that the heavy duty wheels come with heavy duty springs. I wouldn't mind these as I tow a lot.
Fitting anti roll bars may make the ride very stiff. This is only a thought not fact, someone else on here may know more. |

They may have ommited the "new" electronic traction control system as well, I remember that was standard on some (XS, Country?) and not on others. Have no idea how to check if that is installed, I think there is a yellow check light that comes on momentarily when the key is first turned.

And check the revenue weight recorded on your Registration Certificate and under the bonnet. Is the 3,500 kg HD chassis subject to Class 7 MOT (or do they call it 3,499 kg?)? I’m not convinced alloys are homologated as appropriate to HD chassis.
One of my previous Landies came from the factory with HD rear springs and front and rear dampers (no anti-roll bar, obviously), plated 3,500kg, and Discovery steel wheels. The latter definitely a no-no, but they looked prettier than the standard, I don’t do extreme off-roading, so they stayed on… Peter |

All sorted, the dealer are sending a trailer to Devon to pick up the vehicle and have liased with the factory to order the parts to put it back to spec. They are really working to put this right quickly . Springs are standard and traction control etc are not affected.

That must be different for the 90 over 110 then. Ordered my XS with the HD wheels and got anti roll bars - to be honest I'd have been surprised it it hadn't as I've not read in any LR literature of the HD wheel option also requiring anti roll bar to be deleted. |
