It's a shame because a lot of historical information is lost. Still it's good to have a Spring Clean now and again to get rid of all the dross.

^^^^

He hasn't left but just doesn't prolifically post as much as he once did. His last post was in August. He is still 'available' to assist if you need help.
Recently I made an enquiry to him via a 'pm' and the help, photos and assistance he sent back was invaluable.

Battery light on taco zero temp on high
Hi lorryman
Thanks for your ideas
But i havent got a scanguage or the like. Hooked up
Ive got a steinbeur chip in the fender that is all
Wondering what else it might be
I did pull the dash out and check plug on rear of instrument panel the wire seemed not to be in the small channel where i think it should sit maybe kinked a liitle i rerouted the loom put it all back together
Will go for a drive in a few days see if it made a diiierance
One further enquiry please
Does it make any diferant if imobiliser is set to passive or active ??
Landy shop may have changed it last time it was at the docters
I remember they said something about it
My imoboliser button is and has always been difficult to use , sometimes you have to walk around the car pressing it repeatedly until it unlocks or locks the car
It has always been a bitch to use
