Puma Chassis - TD5 Chassis
Is the Puma Chassis a TD5 Chassis or was there further modifications added to a TD5 chassis or even a new puma chassis made? Does a Puma engine and gearbox fit a TD5 chassis without further modifications?

Also is the suspension the same as TD5 or is this again new design and as such TD5 equipment / upgrades will not directly fit / bolt on.

There are some differencies between the puma and td5 chassis and some major ones between the 300 and puma ones.

Suspension i understand is different too - but nothing major in that regard, just spring rates/loads i understand they changed on the 90. Mike

Suspension (at least on the 110) is the same as the Tdi and Td5. The only difference being the front springs are no longer handed and are now both the same as the passenger's side of the previous models. Strangly if you then go to HD springs in the front they are still the same old handed ones. 110 2.4TDCi

So from your replies fitting a Puma engine and gearbox would fit into a TD5 110 Chassis.

Got different camber angle on tdci and shocks are new. The engine sits different, ashcroft had trouble getting the auto box to fit due to engine angle.
