I've been past a number of times, never been there. The upside, it looks a smart place, very nice area of the country, sort of area where gentlemans country estates rule. There is supposed to be some very good fishing pools back towards Leysters, Leominster. Very much an enclave of Cheshire as it is in a commutable distance of the M5, not too far from the A49( the north to south route on the west of the country)
The downsides are there's not that many locals as such, it's accessible but you pass a few others in the same market and to actually get passing trade then they would allmost be lost. There would have to be some serious promotion to make it stand out from the rest as you will allready know it's fairly cut throat out there providing that type of product to people Tenbury has had a poor time in the last few years with the floods so has been looking a little tired but from the law of averages and the drive the town has it seems like it's bouncing back. It is an ideal stopping off point before venturing into Wales and it's not a million miles from some cracking green lanes. You're probably just over an hour away from Solihull, three quarters of an hour from Eastnor, see where this is leading........promote Land Rover orientated short breaks |
