Suspension upgrade suggestions
Hi all,

I'm running a 110 Pick up on standard springs and shocks and am looking at a suspension upgrade. It doesnt generally carry a lot of kit in the back but does quite often tow my Ifor Williams about the place. On the front my winch has certainly taken its toll and i'd like to level the car back out again. Running 285/75's so would quite like a little bit more clearance but not sure a 2" lift is the best thing for a vehicle that splends most of its time on the road....

So, after those ramblings, any suggestions?! What's everyone running and how do they find it?

Is that 751's all round? Are you running OME shocks too?

No Standard Shocks All Round although I'm told the Rear are uprated as I run a utility but would like confirmation on that and 751 on the front it worked for me

Australia 2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Zermatt Silver
I've just replaced my original shocks with Koni Raid 90 series. Defender now doesn't roll or pitch at all and corners a lot better. I have front LR HD springs with ARB front bar and winch. At this stage I'm looking at rear HD's as well to replace the standard progressives in the 110 SW for towing. 110 2.4TDCi

2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 USW Stornoway Grey
OME gets my vote from experience on non Puma vehicles i have tried Scrapiron, Bearmach, genuine, Procomp and settled on OME. current ones have been on the challenge truck for 3 years and not sagged etc and perfoms as it should do. OME shocks too. someone else to consider are TJM quite £££ but also work well. Cheers
