Yes its the clutch release bearing

Mine rattles too.

Had it on mine when I picked it up, I and the dealer thought it was the thrust bearing, when they removed the box they found one of the anti rattle springs on the clutch plate had broken. The dealer i brought the car from was not local, my local dealer was great in doing the warranty work with the items i found after having it a week, they even did extra work they noted too

I also had the annoying rattle at tickover, turned out to be the springs in the clutch plate had lost their springiness. Replacement clutch under warranty, but I did leave it for about 6 months before taking it in without any issues bar the rattle.
