Well Santa was kind to the Defender this year, I got a few bits for it.
1. Set of 8" 100W Wipac driving lamps (forgot to ask for the wiring kit!) 2. Mud Stuff tunnel tray for cans, pens etc 3. Zinc plated twin rear step 4. Sun visor net (great for holding sunglasses) Have been using the Defender for going shooting, all loaded up with 2 persons shooting gear plus the lunches, dog, his stuff etc, coped admirably. Even done some soft roading and in low range 3rd it just crawls around no fuss, feel unstoppable. Love it. Will add some pics when I can. 2016 D4 HSE 1998 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF 1982 Series 3 SWB Petrol |

Its better, but I still find the buttons feel fragile, especially when trying to press them when bouncing around on the road! Controls are better than the Alpine though, easier to remember.
I think its just a different experience to the RR. It's all good fun though, love it. Took it through some DEEP mud out on the shoot, low range 2nd, it almost got stuck but pulled through, I've never seen so much mud on any of my cars, it was awesome 2016 D4 HSE 1998 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF 1982 Series 3 SWB Petrol |
