Idiots. Not sure abt your end, but here in Switzerland police would decipher the license plate, track the owner, and send him a letter that he should come to the police station,..... and bring his drivers license along.... You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

Hmmm - a piece of cretinous driving certainly.
But there's a counterpoint - although you're 'in the right', could you have driven more defensively by using better lane discipline? By staying in lane 2 on the speed limit did you present an opportunity for the speeding bogun to undertake you and endanger all 3 of you? Just a thought... Correct, it does look like I was hogging the right lane, but I'd just been overtaking about 8 slower cars spread out over about 2 klm and a few more ahead, not like I'm going to pull back into the left after every one, esp since I'm already doing the limit. Like I said the wide angle camera makes things look further away. |

Fairy nuff - it's way too easy to sit in a cosy armchair and critically analyse these things. JB

I have to say the first video is a daily occurrence here in Dubai on every single journey and normally much worse as well. The second video, I hope the police take action against this A+ W***** he is a danger to himself and every other road user that is unfortunate enough to cross his path! Although the driver being overtaken has to take some blame for making the situation more dangerous than it would have been if he had slowed down and let the idiot go.

How do some people manage to get a licence? Drive well on the day of the test, and then obey absolutely no laws or regulations (or even common sense) after that An engine to TDi for!

My son passed his test in October he's now learning how to drive to entirely Different things and as for that YouTube thing yes the trucky is wrong but that poster appears to one of those car crusaders who thinks they are holier than thou |

I'll second that, the Swiss authorities have absolutely no SOH when it comes to the roads |

That's called "Munich driving" - not so uncommon here, although usually the vehicle is a BMW Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |
