I have used Harwoods for the last 3 years on 2 LRs and had fantastic service. nothing has been too much trouble and any issues or warranty work dealt with quickly and professionally.

They must have not kept any of the staff then from when it was Testers as from my experiences using them they were useless. |

I've used Guava in the past.. Good pricing, but I had a really naff bright yellow Rover P.o.S. as a loaner while mine was in getting sorted... My warranty expires in 2 weeks, so I'll be doing all my own servicing. Have access to HGV pits at work, so getting to the relevant bits will be simples!! ... ,-------, .. I [__][_]|__ .. This is terrific and could save a fortune at the garage! Sadly there are many things on this list I am not keen on trying myself... Would there be any helpful videos that could detail the procedures in each item on the checklist? I'd be willing to produce one or two videos of the procedures myself if I could help although nobody would thank me for showing my ugly mug on camera. Could it be a big forum based effort perhaps? |

Never used Harwoods but have heard very good things about them - I know a number of locals who drive straight past Caffyns in Lewes and head up to Harwoods. I have only used Caffyns for parts and I have never encountered such stuck up, miserable, and unhelpful staff in all my life!
I now order everything else where and wait for it to be delivered than part with a penny at Caffyns. |
