Fuel filler rubber seal.
The rubber seal on my 90 is cracking. Is this seal an easy swap or requiring the garage to do it?
Thanks

The seal that holds the filler tube thing into the recess in the bodywork?

Easy to do, it's just a push fit, although you may have to undo the jubilee clips below on the main filler pipe and breather so you can remove the whole shebang, then fit the new rubber, then refit it all in.

If you do do the above though and dismantle the fittings make sure it's all clean first or it's highly likely that dirt or debris can get into the fuel tank and system. Thumbs Up $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

Mine is starting to crack just a little but hardly noticeable. Guess it depends how much Diesel it gets spilt on it. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R
