Circa 1994 when I was statoned in Germany a mate of mine dropped his 900cc 3 week old Suzuki motorcycle at Nurburgring, obviously the insurance clauses precluded payout. He had to leave the motorcycle in a well-known motorcycle theft area of Roermond to get it eventually knicked to get his payout. Having had the ignition barrel punched out on the first attempt the thieves couldn't get it started as the battery was flat. Being the obliging chap he was, he removed the battery, recharged it and next day the bike was gone..... If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Yep, HP2 sport now. Had an S1000rr before but some nice gentlemen in a stripey car suggested I slow down before I got into more trouble. Spa is amazing but a bit moist every time I've got there. Anyway Ring + Ring taxi + Ring hire car + large schnitzel ... Stu |

It always amazes me how fast bikes are and how hopeless they are at breaking by comparison to a fast car
not ideal when you ain't got a bumper. |
