My SVX had had chrome bezels as standard with the Wipacs. Now changed for stainless along with the speaker lamps. Thumbs Up Formerly mao99999

Prior to me purchasing the stainless ones from Tim I had some after-market chrome ones. The chrome ones are indeed a lot more resilient than the standard ones by a couple of years but they too will eventually start to corrode. They can also be easily mistaken for stainless. When they do start to go one small area of rust will rapidly spread, I assume this is when the moisture gets underneath the chrome finish. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

Well, after these comments, I went back to check those now in the box, and to my surprise, the ones that came ex factory with my SVX look nothing less than...... SS Exclamation Shocked Shocked Shocked They surely don't look like chrome at all, I compared them with the SS ones bought from Tim, and I see not the slightest difference...
