That is lovely!!
I'm waiting for the Wolf 110s to start coming through in "nice" condition. Did you get it like that or needing work? I'm very very jealous BTW!!! |

Power to the people! (sorry, showing my age
![]() That looks fantastic. Do you plan to convert into a dedicated camper or keep it as is? Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? You're braver than I thought!" - Princess Leia |

Very nice. Would be great for overlanding in!
What's it like in the 'rough stuff'? A bit top heavy I'd imagine? As drivable as the 110 was? |

The original plan was to strip out the interior & convert to camper, fit newer doors, convert all electrics to 12v, but now, I kind of like it 'as is'. We did fit cloth puma seats for a bit of comfort. Last edited by hoarder on 29th Oct 2012 5:06pm. Edited 1 time in total |

Yes, a bit top heavy off road. On the second run out we did have to use her to pull a Shogun out of a bog (smug grin) On road it's nice to drive, it's no ball of fire, but handles ok - the biggest problem I have is remembering that the body is much wider & higher than a standard defender, parking in town isn't brill. |

It's because the standard set-up wasn't legal with the wide body. Solved by fitting side lights in the headlights and moving them outboard, which then results in the indicators being relocated too. Darren

pressumably the 127 rapiers didn't have that mod because they were just hi cap width, then? |

Yeah, the Pulse body is much wider than a hi-cap. Darren
