Ian,

a n00b question: what does 'torque-based' strategy mean? Wink --

Ian,

torque-based engine control is an architecture which uses a central torque demand variable to control the regulating qualities.

This torque demand variable is the result of the coordination of all torque requests throughout the vehicle Discovery 5 td6 HSE Stornoway Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition

UPDATE –

This is for the IRB410 conversion. No other modifications are required other than the new software.

The second stage of tuning is already in progress… just over 460nm at the flywheel (and 150bhp).

And there is a 3rd and 4th level… Whistle

Modifications to the air intake and exhaust will be required….

Ian

Has anyone had their 2.2 remapped yet, by IRB or anyone else. If so any good? A review of the remap would be great.
