Two 'working' Defenders undertaking slightly different roles, in this case, helping with a local festival as support vehicles. For the Mountain Rescue boys its also the chance to raise a bit of cash by rattling buckets too.
The event is Sowerby Bridge Rushbearing festival - www.rushbearing.com Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated Euro-Leafing to infinity and beyond..... |

Thats nice, I like that. Can I add it to my site please? I once saw about three specced up 90s which I took to be SSE ones, as they were unmarked and heading down the A34, but I have no idea what happened to them. I know United Utilities had 90s. I think it's because they're a cheap way to get wider wheels to suit the wide tyres that they seem to favour. Darren

Thats my understanding. I saw photos somewhere of new Defenders at AG Bracey being specced up for SSE - they come from the factory on wolf rims with MTR tyres, but the converter (i presume) fits the modulars/8 spokes and fat tyres (all seem to be KM2s now) |

Thanks. Yes a front end shot would have been nice. I see their 110s around here very occasionally but have never got a pic. |
