Every year when it snows and the country grinds to a halt I wonder why as most councils own a Land Rover they dont just buy a few snow-ploughs for them, and then help open up the roads. No doubt there's a good health and safety, or fear of litigation reason. Peter

war pig i did read that all the vehicals that where in country for reccie purposes where loand out to the local police/authoritys for as long as they needed them, i think at that point the behind closed doors desigion had been made to cancell the G4 anyway, so some free advertising, the land rover experience staff and vehicals are often pimped out to the emergency services when needed, they just stick a bobby in with a radio and away they go.

2009 G4 was cancelled. Thats not a 2009 spec car though... must just be a spot of free advertising. Can't do any bad.

Yeh, I was there in Feb 2005. Not sure how old that G4 landy was. Makes sense that LR would have donated them I guess.
