United Kingdom 2016 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Scotia Grey
Im with Darren, i dont get the need for a winter set...certainly for a defender.

in the harsh winters we had over the last 3 years the grabbers on the defender were flawless.

Somewhere i have a picture taken in a friends field which the snow well above the rim and another in Scotland on the main and minor roads just below the rim. My disco BFG AT's have managed every severe winter in the 8 or 9 or even 10 years they have been fitted no problems.

Now im not as sure the range rovers goodyear tyres will be as extreme as the others, but i have some confidence there to

Obviously your tyres arent going to help with ice!!

Scottish main road this year:

I admit, I am unimaginative and use Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT on 6.5 military grade Wolfs. Yes, the wheels do rust after about 3 month, but so what? They are heavy cheap beasts and when they start to fail (if ever) then replace'em. Never forget: cars have owner, Landrover have field service personnel.

Surface rust maybe but Wolf steel rims are unlikely to fail in normal use. Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades.
