there is no nut holding the drive member on, just the circlip
can you not rotate the DM and then get in behind on the flat edge/lip that is exposed when it is out of sequence? i large pry bar and lump hammer will do it eventually. Cheers James 110 2010 XS Utility 130 2011 M57 bespoke Camper 90 2010 Hardtop 90 M57 1988 Hardtop |

The FBN is behind the driving member.
Use an angle grinder with a very thin disc and slowly cut through the driving member from front to back ,carefully to avoide damaging the hub or half shaft.it is impossible to avoide a few nicks, these will not affect the components. When you have cut a number of slices beat the slots now prwesent in the drivivng member using a hammer and cold chisel. It works. I remove my dust/hub caps every service and grease the splines and my sure they are free. Try using a hammer and drift to rotate the drive member until you can use a puller to pull the DM off the halfshaft.

put it in gear and attempt to drive it with foot break on no diff lock. or use extended bolts and a pry bar to lever it around Cheers James 110 2010 XS Utility 130 2011 M57 bespoke Camper 90 2010 Hardtop 90 M57 1988 Hardtop |
