Agree and disagree.... modern look/old school look.....
Both are ok I think, an SVX, ICE, FIRE, X-Tech, all look good with the SVX style front.
Also a lot of standard Defenders look good with them, but not in all colors......
Killer's Keswick green in my opinion is a typical example of better keeping the old school look, bog standard, or heritage grill will be all ok, but a SVX front would be too much for this very traditional, almost retro, color.
But as they say here......, "Les gouts et les couleurs ne se discutent pas" Thumbs Up You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

I'm with you, I like the heritage look but not the Heritage grill itself. Something like the Series 3 stage 1 grill or a proper galv wire Series 2 grill for the defender with an intercooler section is something I would pay money for.

Not that I've been asked Whistle but I think the first photo is just wrong (as they now say in Essex).
"Modern" colours like bronze, silver, black etc. take the "meaty" look very well but not "Klassy Keswick".
The "K" is for Glyn Laughing

p.s. must stop using "" all the "time"... Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...
