2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 CSW Indus Silver

Bit of a clunk

Hi, advice appreciated please.

I am getting a bit of a mild clunk from the passenger front wheel area when taking a right turn at low speeds, in particular when pulling off from a standing start. Nothing major but would just like to understand where it is coming from, any views appeciated.

Any of the suspension or shock absorber bushes, or drive flange worn??

Get a bar in a wiggle around the bushes and check for play, if all ok, drop off the front rubber cap and check for play between the flange and the half shaft, you may need to remove the circlip to see clearly.
