Thanks for the pointer on the M/C pot, by the way. Spoke to a very helpful guy at Power Track, who knew exactly what I wanted. A new one is heading my way for £27 plus postage. I've also ordered a new damper from Drop Zone as my existing one doesn't, and a canvas cover from eBay along with a parts book and operating manual. In fact, the opportunities to buy spare parts and extras for it make it just like owning another Land Rover Rolling Eyes Darren

the box on top is to fit a foxwing on and inside i can make a cupboard to keep all the poles and side panels in it not the shape i wanted but it's ok yes more a caravan for off road i have done lots of trailer in the past but not like this may even do one for the back of my 130 Whistle RLD fabricator of Hidden Winch Mount for D3/4 roof racks jerry can holders CB aerial mounts and much more and agent for Helsport Tents and gear

Late reply... Is it not because halfway between the studs would be the place that would see the most deflection? By putting them next to the existing studs you minimise deflection and therefore potential wheel wobble.

just got the lock in to day all i need are the bolts for it and for the door hinges ordered the new rubber for the windows and then need some hard wood to make the frames

Got the door done now welded the inner frame in to day then did the door just need the bolts now3
